At times, our society is hyper demanding, the days rush away and our day-to day pushes us to emotional limit.

The key to it is that we learn to take charge of our emotions, to figure how we can manage our emotions, rather than accepting that your emotions dominate us. How can we cultivate positive emotions and exit negative ones?
